Education Counsellor - Medical

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide admission counselling to students seeking higher education abroad, focusing on medical programs.
  
• Offer career guidance to help students choose the right course and institution based on their interests, aptitudes, and goals.
  
• Develop strong communication skills through cold calling, lead generation, and business development activities to build relationships with potential clients.
  
• Conduct student counseling sessions to understand their needs and provide personalized advice on academic planning, financial aid options, and visa applications.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets by generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in admission counselling or a related field (medical services & hospital industry preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of various countries' educational systems (e.g., Canada, USA, UK) and immigration processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students from diverse backgrounds.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
