Job Description

As a Media Strategy & Planning Manager with 7-10 years of overall experience and 5-8 years of relevant experience, you will lead the development and execution of integrated digital media strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, engagement, and performance outcomes across various digital platforms to achieve measurable business results. Your expertise in media planning, campaign optimization, and stakeholder management will be instrumental in managing large-scale campaigns in the Indian market within the B2B SaaS industry. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business stakeholders to gather and interpret campaign briefs, ensuring clarity on objectives, target audience, budgets, and success metrics. - Lead the development of integrated digital media strategies (search, social, programmatic, video, display, etc.) aligned with business and campaign objectives. - Evaluate the digital media mix and recommend investment priorities across channels. - Leverage consumer insights, market research, competitive intelligence, and historical performance in collaboration with our Media Agency of Record to guide planning. Execution & Optimization: - Translate strategies into actionable media plans with clear KPIs and measurement frameworks. - Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to execute campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timeliness and quality. - Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns for efficiency, ROI, and business outcomes in partnership with the agency. Analytics, Reporting & Insights: - Maintain campaign reporting frameworks to track performance against KPIs. - Consolidate campaign results into clear, actionable reports for business stakeholders and leadership. - Provide post-campaign analysis with insights and recommendations to enhance future planning and investment decisions. Requirements: - 5-8 years of experience in digital media strategy and planning, with exposure to performance and brand campaigns. - Strong knowledge of the India digital media landscape, platforms, and consumer behavior in the B2B SaaS industry. - Hands-on experience with digital planning tools, ad tech platforms, and analytics/reporting solutions. - Proven ability to manage complex campaigns and multiple stakeholders. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. - Agency experience is highly desirable.
