Responsibilities: The day to day activities of this PM would be to work with the Initiative owners to understand the tasks, understand the requirements clearly, document them and to identify the related Seller Risk domains that will have an impact and work with the corresponding engineering teams to help them understand the requirements, estimate the effort and also drive execution as per the expected timelines. Also to provide regular updates to critical stakeholders on the progress, blockers for this program if any. Adherence to policies, standards, and frameworks (e.g. SDLC, Change Management, Risk& Security) Solid, reliable judgement and can make effective risk-value decisions under ambiguous and/or difficult circumstances Identifying opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of change, in parallel to promoting an open and inclusive environment Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc). Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks. Ensure that the team is adhering to the Scrum methodology and foster best practices in the team Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our Global Trade Compliance program by enabling intelligent automation, regulatory adaptability, and intelligent process execution through GenAI technologies. Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Trade Compliance, Operations, and Enterprise Engineering, while also working with U.S.-based stakeholders and domain SMEs. This contracting position based in India is ideal for a technologist proficient in Python, LLM orchestration frameworks, and enterprise-grade AI/ML development patterns. Responsibilities: - Design and implement Multi-Agentic GenAI systems to address regulatory and compliance workflows for global trade. - Evaluate and suggest appropriate architecture, tools, and frameworks to ensure modularity, scalability, and maintainability. - Integrate with a combination of open-source and cloud-based agentic orchestration stacks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen, Flowable, N8N, AWS Strands, AWS Bedrock, etc. - Lead the development of production-ready agent workflows interfacing with legal policies, classification engines, third-party compliance data, and case management systems. - Collaborate with U.S.-based business and technical stakeholders to define problem scope, user personas, and use cases. - Engage in LLM evaluations, prompt engineering, embedding-based retrieval, and tool-augmented agent behavior. - Integrate with enterprise systems (APIs, data layers, UI components) to support human-in-the-loop decision-making. - Drive rapid prototyping, POCs, and iterative delivery while ensuring testability and traceability of GenAI behavior. - Ensure all systems comply with security, data protection, auditability, and compliance standards. - Participate in technical reviews, provide mentorship, and document technical decisions. Qualifications: - Experience: 5-7 years overall with 5+ years relevant experience. - 5+ years of software engineering with a focus on Python and modern software design principles. - Hands-on experience building Multi-Agentic systems using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, AWS Strands, Flowable, and N8N. - Solid understanding of Generative AI techniques such as LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). - Strong grasp of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) orchestration strategies for scalable, tool-augmented agent workflows. - Experience integrating with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone) and using OpenAI or AWS Bedrock APIs. - Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, event-driven microservices, and AWS AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions). - Background in legal, risk, or trade compliance domains is advantageous. - Ability to effectively work with distributed teams and adapt to U.S. West Coast working hours. - Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with business users, domain experts, and enterprise architects.
