Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, etc.).
Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and brand partnerships.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
Create and manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and creative departments.
Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI metrics.
Manage the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, press releases, and digital content.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goal We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and develop strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and trends, and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Proficiency in marketing software.
Creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
