1. To create the overall business development plan for finalizing marketing calendar and schedule in the stores ensuring alignment with the overall stores target.
2. To create individual business development target ensuring that the overall targets are met.
3 Responsible for achieving sales targets set by the organization and generate revenue through the Marketing Team.
4. Supervise all marketing MTMs and motivate, manage and train the subordinates to close the target.
5. Drive new customer acquisition in coordination with Marketing and Sales team.
