Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising, video content creation, and growth marketing. You’ll be responsible for building our brand presence, driving traffic, and increasing user engagement through strategic and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop promotional and explainer videos that communicate our product and value proposition
• Lead content and brand development across digital channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Build and manage the marketing funnel: awareness, acquisition, retention
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet growth targets
• Work cross-functionally to align messaging with product and user experience
• Coordinate with freelancers or agencies for creative production as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or digital advertising
• Proven track record managing successful paid campaigns
• Strong skills in video creation or managing video production workflows
• Excellent understanding of branding, copywriting, and user behavior
• Experience with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
• Ability to work independently and execute quickly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in SaaS or consumer tech startups
• Familiarity with SEO, influencer marketing, or lifecycle campaigns
• Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, Figma, or similar
