Role Overview:

Full Stack Developer

Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (Flask/FastAPI) or Node.js
• Build responsive frontends using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS
• Work with AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS) for cloud-native architecture
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in 

  JavaScript/TypeScript

   and 

  Python

• Experience with 

  Next.js/React

   for frontend development
• Experience with 

  Flask/FastAPI

   or 

  Node.js/Express

   for backend
• Knowledge of 

  AWS services

  , 

  Docker

  , and 

  REST APIs

• Understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI/ML integrations or API-based automation
• Familiarity with resume-parsing or job-matching systems
