Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan, including promotional events, advertising, and a content calendar, that aligns with the restaurant's business goals.
  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts, such as social media, email campaigns, online reservations, search engine optimization (SEO), and third-party delivery site promotions.
  • Design and execute various marketing initiatives, such as special promotions, local store marketing partnerships, loyalty programs or advertising initiatives, across various channels like social media, email, and print.
  • Develop engaging content and creative messaging for all marketing materials.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities. Monitor sales performance, digital analytics, and campaign return on investment (ROI) to inform future strategies.
  • Define the restaurant's brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all digital and print materials.
  • Build relationships with local media, food bloggers, and influencers.
  • Coordinate the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across different channels and campaigns.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for future strategies.
  • Plan, market, and execute in-house and off-site events, such as special dinners, tastings, or promotions, to attract new customers.
  • Work closely with the operations, culinary, and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives are properly implemented and aligned with business objectives.
  • Work with Purchasing team and Finance to conduct value analysis and ensure favorable Cost of Goods ratio to sales through cost implement project. Continue competitor and pricing analysis and try to position our product at the accessible price to consumers.

Candidate with good knowledge in Food & Beverage industry.

Required Skill Set (In case of IT requirements)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms and SEO).
  • Ability to develop long-term marketing plans and align them with business objectives. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are key.

Qualification

Academic

Bachelors or Master degree in Business Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical / Professional

In-depth knowledge in Marketing is an advantage.
