Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager for a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai. The Marketing Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns aligned with the company's strategy. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, developing brand strategies, managing digital marketing efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging. Other tasks involve supervising promotional activities, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and leading initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including SEO, social media campaigns, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong skills in Brand Management, Campaign Development, and Market Research to shape effective marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation and Editing expertise, including the ability to develop engaging marketing content.
  • Proven experience in Communication and Team Collaboration to align with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Thinking and Data-driven Decision-making abilities to evaluate performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or related industries is advantageous.
  • Effective time-management and organizational skills with a focus on driving results.
