We are hiring Marketing Manager for a premier Business College based in Noida. Candidates with minimum experience of 8 years in College marketing management can apply. Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Noida Department: Marketing & Admissions CTC: Up to 10 LPA Experience: Minimum 8 years in marketing (preferably in education/edtech) Working Days : 6 days a week Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital and offline marketing strategies, a passion for student outreach, and experience in managing campaigns that drive admissions and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive student enrollment and brand recognition. Lead Generation: Plan and manage lead generation campaigns through digital channels (SEO, social media, Google Ads, etc.) and offline activities (fairs, school visits, seminars). Brand Management: Strengthen the institutions brand presence across all marketing touchpoints including website, brochures, social media, and PR. Admissions Support: Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure timely communication and follow-ups with prospective students and parents. Event Management: Organize and promote webinars, info sessions, and campus events to engage potential students. Agency & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external agencies for design, content, and media buying as needed. Reporting & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and prepare monthly performance reports.
