Key roles and responsibilities

• Strategy and planning:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, identify trends, and analyze competitors.
• Formulate pricing strategies for products and services.
• Campaign management:
• Oversee the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as digital, print, and social media.
• Plan and manage promotional activities like events, contests, and giveaways.
• Team and budget management:
• Manage the overall marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
• Lead and manage marketing staff, including content creators and designers.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with other departments, such as sales, product development, and creative teams.
• Analysis and reporting:
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the performance of campaigns.
• Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, ROI, and market insights.
• Use data analysis to refine strategies and make informed decisions.
• Content and communication:
• Set content strategy and manage the creation of marketing materials, including blogs, case studies, and advertisements.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and manage internal and external communications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
