Marketing Manager (fashion and apparel)

Job Description: As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding brand presence and driving retail growth through offline marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), managing end-to-end setup, driving hoardings, kiosks, in-store branding, awareness campaigns, and events, collaborating with vendors and creative partners, exploring and onboarding Large Format Retail (LFR) and additional retail channels, leading seasonal offline campaigns, tracking ROI, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms through cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) across target cities, identifying potential locations and managing end-to-end setup. - Drive execution of hoardings, kiosks, in-store branding, awareness campaigns, and events, collaborating with vendors and creative partners. - Explore and onboard Large Format Retail (LFR) and additional retail channels to enhance market reach. - Lead seasonal offline campaigns and brand activations, track and analyze ROI and effectiveness of each initiative. - Work closely with product, digital, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, Information Technology, or a related field. - 10 years of relevant experience in marketing, retail activations, or channel development. - Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods is a plus. - Strong project management and vendor coordination skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.,
