Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales, profitability, and market share through product-wise business plans
Develop and execute marketing and brand promotion strategies
Identify new products, markets, and customers
Manage key accounts and customer retention initiatives
Lead sales inquiries, order management, and contractual customer growth
Ensure timely delivery, receivables management, and customer satisfaction
Lead, mentor, and review sales team performance
