We are looking for a proactive and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand visibility, sales growth, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both traditional and digital marketing with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Most preferable : immediate joiners Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Brand Management Enhance brand visibility and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and social media content. Campaign Management Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and events. Track campaign performance and ROI, and optimize based on results. Team & Vendor Coordination Supervise and coordinate with graphic designers, digital marketers, and event organizers. Liaise with advertising agencies, media houses, and vendors. Sales Support & Lead Generation Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and provide marketing support.
