Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, enhancing brand positioning in the target market and driving

  profitable revenue growth.

• Plan, create, and oversee the production of high-quality marketing assets, including blogs, whitepapers, press releases, case studies, newsletters, and event materials.
• Lead social media marketing efforts across platforms, implementing targeted campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage public relations initiatives, including media outreach, press coverage, and industry thought leadership opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies into sales, recruitment, and corporate branding activities.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to refine strategies, maximize ROI, and report results to leadership.
• Coordinate and promote events, webinars, and conferences, ensuring strong audience participation and brand visibility.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance excellence.
• Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, content strategy, or PR,

  ideally within the services or staffing sector.

• Proven ability to create and implement successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM/social media management platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
• Bachelors / Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; PG/Certification in Management is a plus.
