Role Description:

The Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing) is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company’s digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role oversees various digital channels—such as social media, email marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and website management—to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign performance across all platforms.

Key responsibilities include developing digital marketing plans, managing online campaigns end-to-end, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying new growth opportunities through market research and audience insights. The Marketing Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, sales, and customer service, to align marketing activities with business objectives. Duties may also involve supervising content creation, coordinating marketing calendars, optimizing user journeys, and managing marketing automation tools.
