This role is for one of Weekday's clients Min Experience: 3 years Location: Ahmedabad JobType: full-time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives and drive brand visibility and business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending strategic thinking with on-ground execution. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing regional marketing plans that align with our business objectives, support local branches, and strengthen our market presence. This is a high-impact role that requires close collaboration with branch teams, sales leadership, product managers, and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies tailored to local market needs. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy for the assigned region. This includes defining key business outcomes, volume targets, and brand objectives, while aligning plans with overarching company goals. On-Ground Activations: Plan and implement customer-facing activations and campaigns to support branches in achieving their business targets. This includes event management, local promotions, and seasonal offers. Regional Insights & Analysis: Monitor and analyze local competition and market trends to recommend effective marketing interventions. Use insights to refine positioning and messaging strategies specific to the region. Channel Partner Engagement: Organize and execute channel engagement initiatives such as Channel Partner (CP) and Builder Meets, branch branding, and partner-focused activations to deepen relationships and drive loyalty. Event Planning & Execution: Design, coordinate, and manage promotional events, both independently and in collaboration with local branches and vendors, ensuring high-quality brand representation. Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and maintain marketing dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports related to on-ground activations, lead generation, and campaign performance. Ensure timely updates and reviews with internal stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales heads, product teams, creative agencies, and regional teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and brand guidelines. Brand Governance: Monitor the deployment of marketing collaterals across branches and events to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a regional or field marketing capacity. Proven track record of executing successful regional campaigns and events. Strong understanding of channel partner marketing and B2B/B2C engagement models. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with data, reports, and CRM tools. Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
