Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our pharmaceutical marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharma marketing, product launches, and brand management. This role will be critical in developing marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth across our product portfolio. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products. Lead the launch and promotion of new products in domestic and/or international markets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. Design and oversee promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and medical content. Work with external agencies for branding, advertising, and digital marketing activities. Monitor performance metrics and ROI of marketing campaigns. Train and guide Product Executives, Medical Representatives, and other marketing personnel. Plan and execute conferences, CMEs, KOL engagements, and brand awareness programs. Ensure marketing compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA in Marketing is a plus). 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably in therapeutic segments relevant to the company. Strong understanding of the pharma sales & marketing ecosystem.
