Job Title: Marketing Executive/Manager FMCG

Location

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote FMCG products across various channels (ATL/BTL/Digital)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Support the brand team in new product launches and promotional activities
• Identify & collaborate “A- Class Retails and Moder Tade outlets” and get Entry for Products and promote to achieve sales for our products.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create promotional materials, POS, and in-store branding
• Handle social media platforms and coordinate with digital agencies for online campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports on ROI
• Assist in planning and organizing trade shows, sampling events, and retail activations
• Monitor and manage marketing budgets and ensure timely execution of activities

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG marketing
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Proficient in MS Office, social media platforms, and basic marketing tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Candidate with prior experience working with “

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

In-depth knowledge of the Mumbai & above mentioned markets locations and the healthy snack industry (is a plus).

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM/ERP software.
