Job Description

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. Your role will involve overseeing various marketing initiatives and optimizing digital channels to enhance the company's online presence and reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee website management, including content updates, SEO optimization, and user experience enhancements, to ensure a seamless online experience for visitors.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various marketing technologies and platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continually optimize strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies across digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Experience with website management and familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving results and achieving measurable outcomes through marketing initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications in marketing or related fields.

  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with additional marketing technologies and platforms beyond the Zoho suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

  • B2B Marketing: 4 years (Preferred)
  • SEO: 5 years (Preferred)
  • WordPress: 5 years (Preferred)
