Marketing Manager

Position: Marketing Manager Location: Kottayam Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement in-store marketing strategies tailored to our retail pharmacy locations. Plan and manage local campaigns, promotions, and community engagement initiatives to increase customer footfall. Coordinate and oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with brand partners and vendors for co-marketing initiatives and joint promotions. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, both in-store and online. Lead the marketing team and work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and design teams to execute campaigns effectively. Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and emerging trends in retail pharmacy. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of proven experience in retail marketing, preferably within the pharmacy, FMCG, or healthcare sector. Strong expertise in campaign management , brand positioning, and digital marketing. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports. Creative thinker with a strong sense of commercial awareness and customer orientation.
