Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing region-specific marketing strategies to promote industrial products, with a focus on the Cement, Steel, Power, and Paper sectors. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing dealer engagement programs, new product launches, and marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will be required to conduct competitive market research, identify emerging trends, and explore new business opportunities within the industry. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of industrial marketing experience along with strong connections and active networks in the Cement, Steel, Power, Paper, TPC, and Excavator sectors. Your expertise in B2B marketing, product branding, and lifecycle management will be essential for success. You will also be responsible for managing marketing budgets, campaigns, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This position will involve extensive travel to industrial sites and dealer networks across the region, with 18 days per month dedicated to field visits. You will spend 3 days per month at the Head Office in Raipur for reporting and strategic planning, while the remaining days will be for work-from-home activities such as planning, reporting, and virtual coordination. In addition to your marketing responsibilities, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branding efforts with organizational objectives. You will also provide marketing and training support to the dealer/distributor network, collect customer feedback, and conduct market perception analysis for product improvement. Monitoring ROI on marketing activities and executing digital marketing initiatives will also be part of your role.
