The client seeks a professional to lead marketing efforts and drive lead generation for STEM programs for a 6 month duration (Full Time).
The client is on a mission to empower the next generation with STEM, Robotics,
and AI education. They work with schools, communities, and global partners to provide
future-focused curricula, hands-on learning experiences, expert mentorship, and opportunities to
participate in international competitions. With innovation labs across India and collaborations with
IITs and leading global institutions, they are building the innovators and problem-solvers of tomorrow.
The client is seeking a young, dynamic, and proactive professional to lead our Marketing efforts, drive high-quality lead generation, and foster engagement with students and parents interested in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) programs.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel campaigns, organizing community and outreach events, creating impactful marketing collateral, and nurturing existing program participants to achieve growth and sustained interest in our STEM initiatives.
- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Design and implement marketing campaigns to attract prospective students and parents.
- Organize and execute monthly outreach events at residential communities, schools, and partner
locations.
- Collaborate with partners and schools to co-host engaging STEM events.
- Manage digital marketing efforts with agency partners, including social media, email marketing,
and targeted online ads.
- Work with design partners to create brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content to support
outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain a database of interested prospects and ensure timely follow-up.
Engagement & Community Building
- Plan and host activity-based events at our Mumbai makerspace centers to deepen student and
parent engagement.
- Develop and host podcasts featuring STEM experts and industry leaders.
- Provide regular communication, updates, and support to current program participants and their
families.
- Foster a community atmosphere that encourages participation, retention, and advocacy
- 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, event management, or community engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in creating marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations, digital content).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for managing leads and
contacts.
- Passion for STEM education and community development.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in a
team.
