Summary of the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sponsorship & Funding Research Intern to support Teerth Sewa Nyaas in expanding our funding opportunities. This role involves building and managing a comprehensive sponsorship database, drafting impactful outreach emails, and developing strategies to attract long-term funding partners

Duration - 4 months

Stipend - Unpaid

Work Mode - Remote | Part Time ( daily 4 hours only)

Responsibilities

1. Research and compile a database of potential sponsors, donors, and CSR opportunities
2. Verify contact details and maintain accurate records for outreach
3. Draft professional, persuasive sponsorship request emails tailored to potential partners
4. Follow up regularly with prospects via email, LinkedIn, or calls
5. Analyze trends and funding patterns to suggest innovative fundraising strategies
6. Work with the team to track outreach progress, update records, and refine the approach

Qualifications

1. Strong research and data organization skills
2. Excellent written and verbal communication in English
3. Ability to create persuasive, well-structured outreach emails
4. Comfortable using tools such as Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and online research databases
5. Prior experience in fundraising, sponsorship outreach, or sales prospecting is an advantage
6. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines independently
