Key Responsibilities

Create and grow the companys social media presence across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Design engaging posts, posters, and stories using Canva or Adobe tools
Draft captions and short-form content aligned with brand tone
Monitor and moderate comments and messages on social media
Maintain and regularly update all social media profiles with appealing and relevant content
Communicate with customers for product demos and feedback calls
Support marketing campaigns and assist in content planning
