We’re a creative marketing agency that blends strategic thinking with design, storytelling, and digital intuition. We work with lifestyle, beauty, F&B, and wellness brands to help them connect with audiences meaningfully, not mechanically.

We’re growing fast and looking for a marketing intern who wants to learn the ropes of agency life, contribute to real projects, and bring their own creative spark to the table.

Responsibilities:

• Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns for clients and Mktchha’s own brand
• Assist in social media content creation (strategy, captions, trend research, engagement)
• Participate in creative discussions and contribute fresh ideas

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Basic copywriting and communication skills
• A creative, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Must be okay with dogs/pets in the office
• Based in Delhi NCR, with availability for hybrid work (remote & in-person)
