About Mktchha (Pronounced Mark-Cha): We’re a creative marketing agency that blends strategic thinking with design, storytelling, and digital intuition. We’re growing fast and looking for a marketing intern who wants to learn the ropes of agency life, contribute to real projects, and bring their own creative spark to the table. Responsibilities: Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns for clients and Mktchha’s own brand Assist in social media content creation (strategy, captions, trend research, engagement) Participate in creative discussions and contribute fresh ideas Requirements: Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Basic copywriting and communication skills A creative, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Must be okay with dogs/pets in the office Based in Delhi NCR, with availability for hybrid work (remote & in-person) Perks: Performance-based stipend Hands-on learning with real clients and campaigns Hybrid working model (mix of remote + in-person) Possibility of a full-time role post-internship Pet-friendly office (dog lovers welcome!)
