What You’ll Do

Influencer Marketing & Outreach

• Research and identify relevant influencers (skincare, beauty, lifestyle, wellness).
• Reach out, negotiate, and coordinate collaborations (paid, barter, gifting).
• Maintain influencer database and track deliverables, timelines, and performance.
• Support in shortlisting creators for launches and seasonal campaigns.

Content Support & Coordination

• Assist in planning, scripting, and coordinating content shoots (photo + video).
• Collect, organize, and repurpose influencer/UGC content for Mayskin’s channels.
• Draft captions, reels concepts, and campaign briefs for content teams.
• Brainstorm with the team for social campaigns and trend-based ideas.

Community Building & Engagement

• Drive daily engagement on Instagram (DMs, comments, stories, mentions, tags).
• Plan and execute interactive formats (polls, Q&As, challenges, giveaways).
• Help build and manage a

  community of skincare lovers

  (WhatsApp groups, micro-influencer circles, UGC contributors).
• Track community sentiment and share feedback with the team.
• Support in developing campaigns that spark conversations and loyalty.

Marketing Operations

• Help manage posting schedules across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare weekly reports.
• Assist in WhatsApp/email marketing campaigns with creative and content support.

Cross-Functional Exposure

• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and agencies for campaign assets.
• Provide inputs on packaging, website creatives, and other marketing touchpoints.
• Support during product launches, sales campaigns, and offline events/pop-ups.

What We’re Looking For

• Passionate about skincare, beauty, and digital communities.
• Strong organizational skills - able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a good sense of social media and pop culture trends.
• Excellent communication (written + verbal).
• Comfortable with Excel/Sheets for tracking and Canva/Figma for basic content work (bonus if you know Adobe Suite).
• Proactive, resourceful, and excited to learn in a fast-paced startup.
