Key Responsibilities

  Marketing Funnel Management:

  Assist in mapping, building, and optimizing our marketing funnels to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
• ​

  Paid Advertising:

  Support the setup, management, and analysis of advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. This includes ad copy creation, A/B testing, and budget tracking.
• ​

  Organic Growth:

  Contribute to our organic marketing strategy through content creation for social media and blogs, basic SEO tasks, and community engagement.
• ​

  Performance Analysis:

  Help track and report on key marketing metrics, including ad spend, lead quality, and campaign ROI.
• ​

  Content & Creative:

  Collaborate on creating engaging marketing materials and copy that communicate the value of Kraftrs' services.

What We Are Looking For

• ​A strong desire to learn and grow in digital marketing.
• ​Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, paid ads, and social media platforms.
• ​Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Prompt expert)
• ​A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative in a remote setting.
• ​Analytically minded with a keen eye for detail.
• ​Previous experience in marketing (personal projects, coursework, or a part-time role) is a plus, but not required.
