About the Role

What Youll Work On

• Growth & Strategy:

• Support GTM strategy for new insurance products and digital distribution.
• Deep-dive into user journeys, funnel analysis, and insights mining.
• Benchmark against global players and identify white spaces.

• Operations:

• Assist in building high-performance ops dashboards and governance frameworks.
• Streamline processes with tech, automation, and structured execution.
• Work with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, and tech).

• MarTech & CRM:

• Help craft lifecycle journeys across WA, SMS, RCS, Email & Push.
• Collaborate on nudges, campaigns, and segmentation strategies using advanced tools like, CleverTap, Appsflyer etc.
• Build experiments (A/B tests) and measure ROI across channels.

What Were Looking For

• Students from top-tier or equivalent colleges.
• Strong analytical skills and love for solving complex problems.
• Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, dashboards, CRM Tools and storytelling with data.
• Hunger to learn and build fast in a chaotic, startup-style environment.
