Marketing Intern

• Ideate and curate innovative marketing strategies targeted at students and young professionals.

• Develop and execute youth-focused campaigns for social media, colleges, and student communities.

• Assist in planning and running on-ground and digital initiatives (reels, contests, collaborations, events, etc.).

• Work on content creation using Canva — reels, posts, stories, presentations, and basic graphics.

• Support video shooting/editing, basic content editing (added advantage if proficient).

• Manage and grow engagement across platforms: Instagram, WhatsApp communities, student forums, campus networks.

• Coordinate with student ambassadors, colleges, and partner communities.

• Track campaign performance and share insights for refinement.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Strong creative instincts and ability to think beyond traditional marketing.

• Confident, articulate, and well-spoken — comfortable interacting with students and partners.

• Basic working knowledge of Canva (design sense is a plus).

• Any expertise in video editing / graphic design / content creation is an advantage.

• A good understanding of youth culture, trends, and social media behaviour.

• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to experiment.

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, idea-driven environment.
