Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline)

• Help coordinate social media content and posts

• Support in influencer collaborations & brand partnerships

• Coordinate with vendors, designers, and team members

• Assist in promotional events & exhibitions

• Maintain basic marketing reports and databases

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of marketing (digital & offline)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

• Creatively inclined with an interest in furniture, interiors, and lifestyle brands

• Based in Pune & available for a hybrid work setup

Work Setup: Hybrid (minimum 2 days at our Pune office)

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Market Research and Sales skills
• Experience with developing Marketing Strategies
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Business, or related program
