Dynt is the world’s first social media platform for news. It is a digital newspaper and a public-opinion platform where users can engage in live debates and shape the public opinion on important and trending questions.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Social Media & Content Intern to support our marketing team with day-to-day execution. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys social media marketing growth strategies of brands, loves content, stays updated on trends, and has an eagle eye for grammar, formatting, and brand consistency.

You’ll work closely with the marketing & foundational team to ensure our content is sharp, engaging, and delivered on time across social media platforms and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Execution

• Assist in scheduling and publishing posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms
• Research trending content formats and ideas relevant to DYNT
• Support in community management: responding to comments, DMs, and basic ORM (online reputation management)

2. Content Management

• Maintain and update content calendars.
• Coordinate with design teams or freelancers to ensure timely delivery of creatives
• Organise content assets in folders and manage version control

3. Proofreading & Quality Check

• Proofread captions, blogs, website copy, and other marketing material before publishing
• Ensure grammar accuracy, tone consistency,and brand alignment
• Flag errors or improvements before content goes live

4. Reporting & Analytics

• Track performance of marketing initiatives
• Identify what worked/didn’t work and suggest improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong command of English — especially grammar and clarity
• Understanding of social media basics (hashtags, formats, engagement styles)
• Interest in current affairs, startups, and digital culture
• Familiarity with MS Word and MS Excel preferred
• Ability to learn on the job and openness to unlearning outdated practices where required
• Bonus: familiarity with Canva/Meta Business Suite

Role Structure:

This position is structured as a three-month internship or a six-month co-op for a student and tailored to give them valuable professional experience before graduating.

• Flexible Work Arrangements: The position will be a remote-first, work-from-home position, with occasional travel required for on-ground reporting and conducting other interviews.
• Work Life Balance: Due to the nature of our work, we are unable to provide dedicated days off, including weekends; however, we are committed to providing an active work-life balance to all our people. Hence, we cap total hours worked per week at 40.
• Paid Leave and Vacation: While Internship positions do not have any paid leave, we do offer 3 sick leaves.

• Salary: The salary for this position is fixed at ₹5,000.
