Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Intern located in Gurugram. The Marketing Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as conducting market research, assisting with the development of marketing strategies, supporting sales initiatives, and providing excellent customer service. The Marketing Intern will also be involved in communication efforts to promote Dresma's solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, web, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.)
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and marketing data
• Support SEO and website updates with content and keyword research
• Help coordinate events, webinars, or product launches
• Track campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Assist with administrative tasks and support the broader marketing team as needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing concepts
• Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, or email marketing platforms is a plus
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
