Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 8-14 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate in a competitive landscape.
• Experience in managing and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
