Marketing Head

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Head with a track record of over 8 years in leading marketing teams and fostering brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a data-driven approach, and a fervor for developing impactful marketing strategies. Prior experience in the education sector will be advantageous. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance growth and increase brand awareness. You will be tasked with guiding and mentoring the marketing team across various digital, offline, and content channels. Additionally, you will oversee market research, campaign planning, and performance analytics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives and managing budgets to deliver ROI-driven campaigns will also be part of your role. The preferred qualifications for this position include a minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, a proven track record of building and executing successful marketing campaigns, a deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation, excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills, as well as any prior experience in the education industry.
