Role Overview:-

As the Marketing Head, you will lead the overall marketing and branding strategy for the company. You will manage both digital and offline marketing initiatives, develop brand partnerships, and guide the marketing team to achieve strong market presence and growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand visibility.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to meet performance goals.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, paid ads, email marketing).
• Collaborate with the Sales Head and Operations Team to align marketing goals with business objectives.
• Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives such as travel fairs, events, and promotional partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.
• Oversee content creation for social media, website, and promotional materials.
• Track marketing ROI, analyze campaign performance, and present reports to management.
• Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience leading marketing teams and managing brand campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media strategy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
