Role: Marketing Head

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute marketing campaigns for travel, forex, and medical tourism services.
• Build and strengthen the company’s brand image across all online and offline platforms.
• Lead the marketing team and guide them in creating engaging digital content, brochures, and advertisements.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence and oversee performance analytics.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to support business growth initiatives.
• Develop creative promotional ideas and coordinate with vendors and partners.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on campaigns.
• Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Travel, Tourism, or Service Industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
