Role Overview

Seeking a dynamic

Marketing Head

to lead end-to-end marketing strategy, drive brand growth, and deliver impactful campaigns across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven record in performance marketing, and the ability to innovate across packaging, branding, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies focused on brand enhancement, packaging innovation, and performance marketing.
  • Design and manage loyalty programs to drive long-term customer engagement.
  • Oversee digital marketing including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign ROI and optimize marketing spend.
  • Collaborate with design, product, IT, and operations teams for brand alignment.
  • Conduct market trend analysis and competitor research.
  • Lead a marketing team, mentor talent, and coordinate with external agencies.
  • Manage vendor partnerships and strategic collaborations.
  • Drive e-commerce and app sales through innovative campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 6+ years’ experience in marketing, campaign management, and brand strategy.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics, and content creation.
  • Proven track record of managing high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
