Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and own the brand's identity across all channels.
Plan and execute performance driven digital marketing campaigns.
Create and manage content strategies on social media.
Partner with fitness creators, athletes gyms for brand building and conversations.
Plan and execute drops.
Build and grow a loyal fitness community.
Track marketing performance metrics
Align creative and paid strategies to support brand and revenue goals.

Preferred candidate profile

3-7 years of experience in fashion, athleisure or lifestyle brand marketing.
Strong knowledge of performance marketing and content marketing.
Experience with google Ads, Meta ads, Influencer strategy.
Deep Understanding of social media dynamics.
Data driven mind-set with creative intuition.
Comfortable working in fast paced, start up environment.

Bonus- Passionate about fitness, Lifting, athletics.
