Job Summary:

The Marketing Head will lead all marketing and promotional activities of the organization, focusing on increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance. The role requires strong leadership, creativity, and communication skills to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.

Develop brand awareness through online and offline channels.

Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing activities with sales objectives.

Manage social media presence and oversee digital marketing performance.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

Handle promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement programs.

Prepare marketing reports and present performance reviews to management.

Supervise and motivate the marketing team to ensure productivity and goal achievement.
