Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan and execute
integrated marketing campaigns (Digital, ATL & BTL)
to drive student enrollments.
Manage
digital marketing initiatives
including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and website optimization.
Collaborate with
academic and operations teams
to organize seminars, webinars, and scholarship events.
Lead marketing activities across all campuses, ensuring
brand consistency and visibility
.
Drive
new market expansion
and support marketing for new campus launches.
Analyze
market trends, competitor activities, and student insights
to refine strategy.
Mentor and lead the
marketing team
toward achieving institutional goals and KPIs.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:
MBA in Marketing or Business Administration from a reputed institution.
Experience:
Minimum
10 years in educational marketing
, preferably in
EdTech, K12, or Junior College segments
.
Proven record of
increasing admissions through data-driven campaigns
.
Strong understanding of
digital platforms, branding, and regional market behavior
(especially Hyderabad).
Excellent
leadership, analytical, and communication skills
.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to
deliver measurable results
.
Immediate joiners
