Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for smooth & efficient functioning of the Marketing Department
Lead, develop and manage a complete Online/ Offline Marketing plan to build brand awareness, and generate revenue for the organization.
Develop and execute marketing activities focused on lead generation, lead nurturing, conversion optimization and driving awareness and brand equity that build a loyal customer base.
Lead, develop and implement strategies and goals based on market research, trends, dynamics and customer needs to create awareness about activity.
Maintaining good relations with all the stake holders to generate new business
Primary responsibility is to oversee the daily operations of Marketing department
Evaluating marketing performance through various analytics. Identify trends and insights and optimize the team performance based on the insights.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
Works within departmental budget to develop & execute cost effective marketing plans
Managing approvals and identifying areas for improvement in employee performance.

Job specification

Minimum Qualifications - MBA Marketing / MBA Hospital Management / Hospital Administration.
Technical Qualifications - MS Office.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Good coaching / mentoring and presentation skills.
