Marketing & Growth Intern

Location:

Key Responsibilities

• Drive

  lead generation

  through LinkedIn outreach, Upwork, Fiverr, and cold emailing.
• Contribute to

  brand-building efforts

  across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other professional channels.
• Research

  competitor pricing, positioning, and strategies

  to shape Vynce Digital’s market approach.
• Assist in planning and executing

  paid campaigns

  (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with the Business Manager on

  client proposals, presentations, and outreach material

  .
• Suggest

  creative growth ideas

  to attract international clients.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of

  digital marketing, client acquisition, or growth strategies

  (academic or self-learned, even if less formal work experience).
• Proven ability or demonstrable knowledge of

  lead generation techniques

  (LinkedIn/Upwork/Fiverr).
• Solid understanding of

  social media marketing and branding

  for professional services.
• Excellent

  English communication skills

  (both written and spoken).
• Highly motivated, proactive, and ready to contribute from day one.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of

  SEO fundamentals

  (keywords, on-page, content strategy).
• Familiarity with

  ad campaign management

  (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Comfort using

  Canva, Figma, or similar tools

  for marketing creatives.
• Exposure to

  B2B client handling

  or international markets (US, UK, Middle East).

Compensation

• ₹5,000/month stipend

• Internship Certificate + Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)
