Marketing General Manager (Automobile Dealerships)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the dealership group in line with Mercedes-Benz corporate directives and dealership business objectives.
• Drive marketing activities for individual dealerships to achieve assigned sales and growth targets .
• Lead and mentor the dealership marketing team to deliver measurable results.
• Collaborate with the CRM team to run joint campaigns, manage lead generation, and enhance customer engagement.
• Monitor, track, and control execution of marketing activities across all dealership locations.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
• Liaise with Mercedes-Benz India marketing team to roll out corporate campaigns and provide regular feedback.

• Education: MBA / PGDBM in Marketing or related field.

Experience: Minimum 10 12 years of marketing, advertising, events, or brand management experience.

• Preferred industries: Automobile, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Hospitality, Advertising .
