Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote educational programs and learning offerings.
Conduct market research to understand student/teacher needs, market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior.
Identify target segments and develop personas for students, parents, educators, institutions, and corporate training clients.
Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, SEO/SEM, events, and partnerships.
Manage content calendars and coordinate with academic teams for program updates and curriculum highlights.
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to improve ROI and enrollment.
Produce engaging educational content, including blogs, guides, email newsletters, landing pages, and promotional materials.
Ensure messaging is aligned with program objectives and maintains brand consistency.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop visuals, videos, brochures, and social media assets.
Drive qualified leads and nurture prospects through CRM and marketing automation workflows.
Manage funnels, track conversions, and identify opportunities for improving enrollment processes.
Coordinate with the admissions or sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads.
Support or lead the execution of webinars, workshops, school/college outreach, and education fairs.
Build relationships with schools, universities, training partners, and educational influencers.
Develop co-marketing initiatives with institutional partners.
Track KPIs such as lead generation, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, campaign performance, and engagement metrics.
