Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking for a proactive and experienced Senior Marketing Executive with a strong background in real estate. The ideal candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience in real estate marketing and should possess strong vendor networking skills across print, digital, and on-ground marketing domains. The role involves executing marketing strategies, managing promotional activities, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects.

· Coordinate with external vendors for branding, events, signage, digital, and print materials.

· Manage and monitor site branding, hoardings, brochures, and on-site promotional materials.

· Ensure timely execution of marketing activities within budget.

· Work closely with the sales team to understand project requirements and align marketing strategies.

· Assist in organizing property exhibitions, channel partner meets, and client engagement events.

· Track marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports.

· Maintain strong vendor relations and negotiate for the best pricing and quality.

Key Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing within the real estate industry.

· Strong network and coordination skills with vendors (print, digital, OOH, events, etc.).

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and budgets effectively.

· Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital tools is a plus.

· Graduate in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.

· Familiarity with the Mumbai & Thane real estate market is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
