Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Draftsman to join our Architecture Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Good for Construction (GFC) drawing and significant experience in the real estate industry. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

⮚ Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.

⮚ Create Good for Construction (GFC) drawings or equivalent to that.

⮚ Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure drawings meet project requirements.

⮚ Review and revise drawings based on feedback from architects and engineers.

⮚ Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.

⮚ Maintain and organize project files and documentation.

⮚ Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.

⮚ Conduct site visits to gather information and verify measurements as needed.

Software Skills:

AutoCAD

Revit

SketchUp

Microsoft Office Suite:-Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel Adobe Acrobat

BIM Software

Rendering Software

Working Days- Monday to Saturday (10:00 Am-7:00 Pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
