AutoCAD Draftsman

As a skilled and experienced Draftsman in the Architecture Department, your role will involve creating detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and team members to ensure drawings meet project requirements. Your responsibilities will include preparing Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, reviewing and revising drawings based on feedback, and maintaining project files and documentation. Additionally, you will assist in project proposals and presentations, conduct site visits for information gathering, and verify measurements as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software. - Create Good for Construction (GFC) drawings or equivalent. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and team members to ensure drawings meet project requirements. - Review and revise drawings based on feedback. - Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations. - Maintain and organize project files and documentation. - Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations. - Conduct site visits to gather information and verify measurements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Residential GFC Drawings. In this role, you will be based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
