About the Role:

This position will help you develop hands-on experience in field marketing, campaign execution, and student outreach activities while working with a dynamic and fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing activities and outreach programs.
Promote academic programs for IIT-JEE, NEET, and Foundation divisions in schools, colleges, and local communities.
Coordinate with students, parents, and counselors to generate inquiries and leads.
Support digital and offline marketing initiatives, including events, seminars, and workshops.
Maintain records of marketing activities and share daily reports with the team lead.
Ensure timely completion of assigned targets and contribute to overall branch performance.

Required Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
Willingness to learn and grow in the education and marketing domain.
Ability to work in a team and handle field activities when required.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools (preferred but not mandatory).

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Graduates from Marketing, Business, or Commerce backgrounds preferred).
Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
